Not medical advice
Vita turns published lifestyle-medicine guidance into daily habits. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Check with a doctor before changing exercise, diet or sleep if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
Your account
- You must be 13, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, to use Vita.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Be kind. Do not use friend requests to harass anyone.
Your content
What you log belongs to you. You can export or delete it at any time from Settings. We only use it to run Vita for you.
Free service
Vita's core features are free. Optional paid extras may be offered in the future; they will always be clearly labelled and never required to keep your streak or data.
No warranty
Vita is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will be error-free or always online, and we are not liable for decisions made using it.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Vita means you accept the updated terms.
